Clothes Collection
Many thanks to our Parent's Association for organising an end of year clothes collection which will take place on Tuesday, June 19th. All support greatly appreciated.

Children will return to school on Monday, September 3rd for the new school year. Booklists for the coming year will be sent home with end of year reports.

Jersey Day
Our jersey day in support of past pupil Brian Shanahan raised over €400 lately. This money will be put to great use in Zambia and we wish Brian all the best of luck. Many thanks to all parents, pupils and staff for their support.

Swimming for all senior and junior classes will take place in term 3 next year. Infants will participate for 6 weeks as opposed to 3 weeks this year.

Well done to all our pupils who participated so well at the Harriers last week and thanks to all parents for providing lifts.

Huge congrats to Mr. Mc Namee who received his Diploma last week following his inspection. A huge amount of work went in on his behalf and we are all very proud of him.

Get well soon
Wishing a speedy recovery to our great neighbour and friend, Mrs. Mary Murphy, who is currently recovering in hospital and very much on the road to recovery.

Message from the Principal

On behalf of the staff, I would like to thank all parents, neighbours and friends for their unwavering support over the past year. It has been my great pleasure to have been associated with this school and it has been a terrific year. The special relationship that exists between our school and its neighbours is one we cherish dearly. I wish to wholeheartedly thank the incredible staff who have been of enormous help to me and have given so much of their time to the children and to extra-curricular activities. Finally, I wish the outgoing 6th class every good wish for their further education at secondary level. They have been a brilliant class to have been associated with. Tá an todhchaí geal. Bainigí go léir, sult as bhur laethanta saoire. Tuillte go maith agaibh.

Is mise,

Mr. Darby
